I was into it, right up until I got thrown out of the story because I was grumbling that Sam Morin is a defenceman!

So egregious. Out of the really huge skaters I can think of... all of them are defensemen. Or John Scott, whose natural position is defense.

There's one prospect for my team who looks deceptively large, and as a result I always think he's a defenseman.

How big is he actually?

6'2"/220, but barrel chested as fuck.

DA

What's his name? I require this information for reasons.

Hudson Fasching. I guess he's not really a prospect anymore? But look at him, that is the body of a d-man.

ayrt

Ooooh, shoulders. You're right, he's pretty big for a forward. And now that I've googled him, I remember reading about him - he's the one with the two siblings with disabilities. He seems like a good kid.

Yup. Forwards are forward-sized, then defensemen tend to be bigger, then the goalies are usually the hugest. Hockey teams as entities are heavy in the back end, wink wink. (Or tall in the back end, I guess, but that doesn't work as well.)

Boyle is pretty large. So is Bjugstad.
