Yeah, I can see why people would think it's fake, but I also think having a PR person go to all that trouble just doesn't seem worth it? The Hawks are still popular, and the people who have a problem with the team/Kane aren't exactly going to be swayed by some funny tweets. Maybe he has a PA who tweets just to boost his own image, but it still doesn't seem like much benefit would come from it, and to say the team is involved is a real stretch. I think he just got eliminated early from the playoffs and is bored.
