NHL.com has this article up with a bunch of random factoids, including that if a certain team wins the cup, their draft year will become only the fourth draft year ever where both the first and second overall picks went on to win cups. I find that amazing considering how much importance we place on teams needing those picks to win.
The other years are 1969 (Rejean Houle, Marc Tardif), 1984 (Mario Lemieux, Kirk Muller), and 2003 (Marc-Andre Fleury with the Pens in '09 & Eric Staal with the Canes in '06).
Possible draft years that could still do it: 1998, if David Legwand wins a cup 2002, if Rick Nash & Kari Lehtonen win cups 2004, if Alexander Ovechkin wins a cup every year after that
