I didn't feel the story was truly resolved, mostly because I think it's pretty clear that the financial aspect is just the most obvious and contentious part of Chance's issues.
I agree. I was pretty neutral on the Hannah aspect, because I wasn't sure what she was doing in the story. Is she just the female advice-giving OC? Well, lots of fics, have that, I don't know why, but I'm used to it enough to overlook it. But the fic also hinted a couple of times that she represents the straight relationship Chance wishes he could have, which is uh, a more serious problem that probably should have been either dealt with or excised from the fic altogether, but not just skimmed by like it was no big deal.
