#26 — Vanek! with a Jurco

This is the twenty-sixth post of Deke Dangle RPF Anon, a community for all your ice hockey anon meme needs.

THE RULES

I find ffa to be way more low-key than here, honestly. It's big and loud, but it's not personal, and if one conversation gets to be too much I can go check into five other potentially interesting ones instead. The speed it moves means no argument sticks around for long unless someone's really determinedly grudgewanking it, and people push back on that pretty hard. And on ffa if someone's being Wrong on the Internet, I can be confident several other people will push back, whereas here I do not have that confidence.

NA I go to FFA, too, and I'd take the wank over there to the wank here any day--it seems a lot less personal than it does here, partially because things move so fast. I also find it much easier to avoid things I'm not interested in and find things that I do want to talk about over there than over here.

I think FFA does less of "I don't like what you said, so I am going to pick apart your sentence construction for 20 comments." But maybe it just gets drowned out because there's so much activity going on there.
