It's so embarrassing when that tinhat crap comes up on tumblr. He is such an archetypal bro that I simply cannot wrap my head around how they've conned themselves into thinking Seguin's One of Us instead of just kind of a shithead.

Not to say my faves aren't also shitheads.

I don't understand it either. I've never seen him act in any way that isn't stereotypical bro shit, and the people that bust out the gifs of "body language" to "prove it" are almost as off the wall as the people that convinced themselves that all of one direction were boning each other.

I think it might just be because he's cute and they want to like him shame-free, but he's also a douche and probably pretty shitty to women, but what if he treated women badly because he was ~tortured~ because he was secretly gay? which conveniently also makes him more interesting than if he was just another misogynist douchebro? problem solved! blergh.

Even beyond the delusion of the tinhat, I just don't understand why they think he'd be any less of a douche to men he brought home than he apparently is to the women. I know a lot of gay men. Gay men are not immune from being douchebags.
