#26 — Vanek! with a Jurco

This is the twenty-sixth post of Deke Dangle RPF Anon, a community for all your ice hockey anon meme needs.

THE RULES

Oh, I have loads of fondness for him. Some fans were questioning why he got so much $$/such a long extension, but I'm not mad about it. If you haven't I would suggest reading this article-http://www.tampabay.com/sports/hockey/lightning/harvard-grad-killorn-makes-mom-proud-with-degree-lightning/2230628 which includes the charming quote "Cindy once told Lightning general manager Steve Yzerman her son was one injury away form 'driving the Zamboni.' Yzerman, a Hall of Fame player, politely replied, 'Come on, I think that's a bit of an exaggeration."

OMG, that's an adorable article, thank you. I really like that Yzerman let him attend his graduation even though it was during the AHL playoffs. That's awesome.
