So looking back Nolan/Nico seems more friendly than Matthews/Laine who were still pretty friendly with each other (the in-joke they had about Perry or something during an interview), and then you have McDavid/Eichel who always seemed a bit strained around each other. Like obviously you see only five minutes of footage and you can't really know how those guys really interact but the differences are fun to tinhat about. Someone put it better in word by saying that this year they managed to be Nolan Patrick AND Nico Hischier instead of OR. Maybe the medias are less inclinted to put a rivalry between two guy that will be good but not of generational talent level.
