I find the fact that this Mike guy lived with Sid for a bit and worked for the Penguins really amusing. I had no idea Sid had a Canadian Max Ivanov!

How are you (and the other nonnies) finding this information about Mike? And is this the same guy that Sid was roommating with when he moved out of Mario's place?

Yes, that's the same guy. You saw him in pics with Sid a few times; for example, they went to the Kentucky Derby and the Mint Jubilee together in 2012. http://www3.pictures.zimbio.com/gi/The+Mint+Jubilee+jvJGBb1Mirox.jpg And he said he worked for the Penguins on Facebook/Twitter.

I don't know about the new info that he's moving back, though. I hadn't heard that before today.

Huh, I can see it.
Only mildly related, but I just recently found out that Saad is 22. In the pics I've seen I would have thought him older.

Actually, maybe Ekblad is the best example of that phenomenon. 19? I would have thought he was my age (29), he definitely does not look like a teenager!

Brandon Saad's looked like that since he was at least 20. The Blackhawks' nickname for him is Manchild.

Mike gets mentioned in articles and there are pictures of him and Sid eating in restaurants and going to bars and stuff.
