You've already got your answer but I thought I'd chime that it's currently an entry in WIP Big Bang! I was pleasantly surprised to see it when skimming the art claims post.

Sign-up are closed for the writing portion of it already, but it's basically a 'finish your shit'-type Bang where there are optional check-ins and you're required to submit snippets at certain intervals. http://wipbigbang.livejournal.com/

I think you don't need to have previously signed up as an artist to make a claim, but I'm not sure. Haven't followed it super closely, just had a look around when it was posted to FFA. And fanmixes count for art claims, I think.
