I get grumpy about giving one player another's accomplishments in general. Also diminishing the skills of someone who is not the author's favorite in general. Maybe I could handle an AU where a goalie wakes up in a world where he's no longer the team's goalie and someone else has done everything he's done and he's going "wth, guys?" And they're like, "um, you want an autograph?" That could be fun!

(And then he runs into a teammate outside of hockey and they hit it off and the goalie's trying to worm himself closer to the team to figure out what the hell is going on and the former teammate wants true love's butt sex).
