From: (Anonymous)Thanks for linking that Grantland piece! I love McIndoe but missed that one. He has some good points in there.
I also agree with watching the DOPS videos. Shanahan did great work making those things a standard feature. Though I would prefer if Quintale (that's the guy in charge now, right?) did them now. It helps to have a face on them talking to you, rather than just Patrick Burke's voice.
