Actually I just checked and Bucky has more fic than Tony now! Less overall but more with Steve. That was fast.

I didn't know that. But just the same, if she picks them then she's going to shit herself when civil war comes out and people get into Steve/Tony again.

As much as I want that to happen, pretty sure Steve/Bucky is the Dean/Castiel of MCU.

I wouldn't count out the possibility. I feel like Steve/Tony has enough history behind it that it could made a comeback.

I think Steve/Tony could make a comeback if a)they bicker but unite together in a moment of bonding to fight greater evil AND b)there are absolutely no shippy moments between Bucky and Steve

Most of my tumblr was crazy over that five second Ant-Man scene and absolutely lost it's shit over “He remembered you, you know — your pal, your buddy, your Bucky.”

I don't think that cat is being put back in the bag. I just hope some of the people who fell off writing during the first Avengers movie will get their inspiration back.

I think it could make a comeback, but at the same time, I also don't think it's going to overtake Steve/Bucky just based on the rumors that are already circulating about Civil War. at best there'll be an explosion of new fic for both pairings.
