I think they take those directly from the team, so the team is listing him as day-to-day.

I think the listing was from last night in the moment, and they haven't had their official "we are announcing an injury" time yet.

I saw a tweet from SportsNet last night that McDavid had been officially put on LTIR. So, I dunno.

ESPN's been pretty terrible this year about keeping their hockey info current.
