#18 – If you owned a bar, how cheap would your shots be?

This is the eighteenth post of Deke Dangle RPF Anon, a community for all your ice hockey anon meme needs.

THE RULES

I remember a video from forever ago where two prospects talked about marathoning One Tree Hill over the summer, Gilmore Girls isn't that much of a reach.

SA Like I hate the author's note and some of the phrasing in the fic too but it's not impossible some NHL players have seen Gilmore Girls.

The line doesn't make sense because how does "Paul Anka" give you the idea for Marshall and Cash? It feels like it's there for its own sake. So the author can mention Gilmore Girls for fandom cred or something? Who knows.

I wasn't the person who complained about the Gilmore Girls reference. I haven't read the fic, and I've never watched Gilmore Girls. I'm just pointing out that it's not unusual for guys to have watched One Tree Hill any more than it'd be remarkable if they mentioned marathoning Friday Night Lights.

Didn't Segs himself once admit to watching Pretty Little Liars? Like, I also agree that the Gilmore Girls reference was forced but I don't think it's so much of a stretch to think he might have watched it.

I wonder which of Rory's boyfriends he liked. I'm #TEAMLOGAN forever but I bet Segs identifies with Jess' brand of douche. Or even Tristan.
