+1 me too

Re: Kinkmeme Talk

It doesn't help that I fucked up my headers on part 1 and it just says "ov" ;)

AYRT - I like these possibilities, but it could be pretty grim for some teams, like do the Sharks get teeth on theirs?

Re: Kinkmeme Talk

Texture of sharkskin?

ayrt

It doesn't seem so grim! They just have to find people into that. Or negotiate sex acts involving sharkskin tentacles, etc. At least theirs don't sing. Or harmonize, if there's more than one Blues player involved.

(Do bird teams have feathery tentacles? That would be amazing. Feather dusters in their pants!)

Re: Kinkmeme Talk

I would read the fic where person A knows that person B is from "giant tentacles in every hole you got" planet or whatever, and has been super nervous about getting involved with them because of it, only to discover that they have a microtentacle. And person B worries that people will think he's only with A because he couldn't attract a mate of his own species. But, no, it's TRUE INTERSPECIES LOVE. And no easy fix-its for insecurities and other cultural difficulties, but lots of mutually enjoyable sex with microtentacles.

AYRT - I imagine it needs a bit more negotiation.

Maybe humming tentacles feel good. It could be a unique experience.

I would be disappointed if promised a tentacle and I got a feather duster. And it seems like it would get very messy, preening your tentacles after sex must be a drag.

Re: Kinkmeme Talk

AYRT - Still a bit ouch for me, but I'm sure there are people who are into it.

ayrt

It would look like a feather duster. But it would still function like tentacles. Just more ticklish.

Hopefully the feathers don't shed! And the tentacles don't molt. Pin feathers might be unavoidable though ...

I'm not a huge painplay person, but there's a tentacle painplay fic in SPN that I really like. The idea is that angels have like multidimensional wavelength tentacles, and they kind of sting.

Ayrt Extra ticklish might be good - an additional reason to go for it.

I'm kind of thinking extra frondy, like a sea urchin more than a feather feather, that might work better.

We did get team coloured tentacles in that fic, with electricity generation for Drouin, because lightning. But that wasn't really a painplay thing, but I guess it could go more in that direction though.

Do all the teams let their fans (or season ticket holders, generally) paint the ice at the end of the season? I know LA, Minnesota, NJ, Ottawa and St. Louis do, but I wasn't sure if it's a thing that only some teams do or if everyone does it.

Re: Kinkmeme Talk

Or maybe even a sea anemone, for something less stabby.

Re: Kinkmeme Talk

From: (Anonymous)
Uh, sea anemone's have nematocysts - barbed stinging cells.

Re: Kinkmeme Talk

From: (Anonymous)
AYRT - Yes, that was what I was actually thinking of, I just put the wrong word, anemones are way more tentacly and less stabby.

Re: Kinkmeme Talk

If clown fish can take it, so can an asshole.

Re: Kinkmeme Talk

From: (Anonymous)
Well, I guess lube is sort of like mucus ...

Re: Kinkmeme Talk

From: (Anonymous)
Speaking of mucus, I want fic where mating plugs are a thing.

Re: Kinkmeme Talk

From: (Anonymous)
Nematocysts are too small to do any damage to humans. Like, I doubt anyone wants to do a scientific inquiry how that differs in different orifaces, but the real issue is the neurotoxins (which are easy enough to work into tentacle lore in a less lethal, painful form... unless that's how they ward off enemy tentacle people?).

Re: Ask Meme

Paint the ice? The fact that I don't know what this refers to leans me towards "some teams"

Re: Kinkmeme Talk

From: (Anonymous)
Or we can just ignore neurotoxins

Re: Kinkmeme Talk

The new Sid/Geno oviposition WIP on the kinkmeme has a mating plug.

AYRT

They have the season ticket holders and their families/friends in and let them paint on the ice--pictures, signatures, and writing messages to the team about the season. It's kind of a thank you for both the fans and the team.

Here's an article about the Devils' event: http://devils.nhl.com/club/news.htm?id=880245

And the gallery for the Blues event from a few days ago: http://blues.nhl.com/club/gallery.htm?id=62773

Oooh, nice. I haven't read that one yet, but I will head that way now.

DA - Sex pollen style neurotoxins would work for me.

You're doing fandom's work and I thank you for it!
