The Memorial Cup game is also happening, London Knights vs. Rouyn-Noranda Huskies, 0-0 at the end of the first period. I keep hearing Rouyn-Noranda as Duran Duran and I'm not sure how that works.

Hilarious. I'm picturing a dancing dog right now.

Knights are down by 1 with just over 10mins left in the third

I just stumbled on this quote from Marner the other day, "[Dvorak] hates when people touch him. So Tkachuk usually jumps on him or does something to invade his personal space," and, you know, right now's probably not the best time to grow a soft spot.

I'm so glad someone else calls them Duran Duran.

2) Did some some googling and after learning that Dvorak was drafted by the Coyotes, I realized that him and DStrome would be a tropey nightmare pairing. I would be very into it.

The standoffish American who's BFFs with the enemy to best friend ~~to ex-boyfriend~~ of Canadian Jesus' Canadian life partner, who is so the opposite of "hates being touched" that he sends photos like THIS (http://67.media.tumblr.com/cf920a839dc4c3c974b07df8ef100dc2/tumblr_o6qegdnnBN1uwm3gfo1_500.jpg) to his coach? Like, this sounds like a dynamic I came up with when I was thirteen.

Okay, yeah, when you put it like that, that's something both 13 yo me and current me would like to read, lol.

Knights just won in OT for the 17th time in a row. There are many crying teenagers.

I am so happy for the Knights, but those crying Huskies :'(

God, one (Timo Meier maybe???) of them is just sobbing, it breaks my heart. At least his teammates are all being super generous with the comforting hugs.

He had the most chance to score but fail.

Aww. :( It always breaks my heart when they cry. :(
