#24 – Not Sure If Serious or Playing Dumba

This is the twenty-fourth post of Deke Dangle RPF Anon, a community for all your ice hockey anon meme needs.

THE RULES

You mean tagging the team name with an asterisk? They don't do it because the name is a "problem" (although actually with that particular team the name itself is one of the problems of the organization), they do it in order to not show up in searches so they can rant about the Hawks or whoever without getting blowback or wank from fans.

I'm confused...tagging teams you don't like in that manner (H*wks, Pr*ds, whatever) is a super common practice to make sure you don't end up in that team's tags but also so that people who follow you don't have to see it if they choose to blacklist it. People have been doing it for ages, though they do it a little differently now that tumblr's fucked up their own search function. Not sure why you think that means they need a new fandom.
