Stats nonnie here! The month started out pretty busy but slowed down a bit about mid-month. 201 fics were posted, which is the most fics we've had in a month without a major exchange since December.

Only 9 Sid/Geno fics were posted this month (possibly due to the exchange posting in June). However, there were 20 Pens rare pair fics posted, breaking my previous record by quite a bit (I have records back through August), and as a result it was still the biggest month for Pens fic since September. The non-Sid/Geno fic included 13 different rare ships and two player/reader ships.

Hawks took a big drop from last month's high, but still lead all teams in fics posted. Stars holding steady.

Big ships (ie, any that had 10+ this month or last month):
Kane/Toews (43 in April / 24 in May)
Benn/Seguin (13 / 14)
Crosby/Malkin (18 / 9)

Teams/groups with most fic:
Hawks (69 / 35)
Pens (24 / 29)
Stars (18 / 26)
crossteam fic (33 / 20)
Wings (12 / 14)
draft class 2015 (21 / 14)
Caps (19 / 10)

Teams with no fic this month: Devils, Isles, Jets, Leafs, Preds, Sabres, Sens.

Usual restrictions apply: Fics completed this month, >1k.

Every month I think THERE'S NO FIC AT ALLLLL, but then I see these posts and it's like "huh... there were a few I guess" lol.

Lol true... But even only volume-wise it's always more than I thought.

It might be interesting for people to post their favorite fic of the month. I think mine is the Ekblad/Gudbranson one.

Just checked and, yup, the Connor McDavid gangbang fic was posted this month. So, that one.

I really liked that one too, although it wasn't my favorite. I thought I'd look up Erik Gudbranson since I don't know much about him only to see that he was traded a week ago! Talk about timing.

If I had to choose just one, it'd probably be the Krejci/Lucic time loop fic. That hit so many feelings buttons for me.
