9. No discussing trolling, individual trolls, or their efforts.

Sure, it's a dumb tweet, but twitter is an endless breeding ground of awful tweets, and this particular one isn't even in the bottom 50% in terms of awfulness.

From: (Anonymous)No, actually it does need to be justified. Calling out random stupid tweets individually is no better than spam. We'd be here all night and all week and all month if people started doing that. It also would be incredibly weird and maks you wonder if the OP has a fixation on this person or otherwise knows them irl.
I at least thought they were calling out the Seth Rorabaugh for his stupidity, not the tweeter-on-the-street, and I still hope that was the case.
