From what I know about Seguin (which all seems to be puck bunny blogs and rumor from girls around Dallas who he's given his snapchat to) he still parties just as hard as he always has, and wants absolutely nothing serious in terms of relationships but as long as the girls he hooks up with understand that he's an okay guy. Still very douchey, still very party all the time, still very immature and selfish, still more focused on his bros and their opinions than anyone else, but despite the terrible company he keeps, no one seems to be afraid he's going to attack them or assault them or anything.

Rumors I've heard (mostly from an anon message board and other anon places I've googled) that are probably not true at all, but are still hilarious:

-Tyler and Jamie used to host orgies in Tyler's old house
-Tyler moved to a new house recently (this one is probably true because why lie about it?)
-Tyler went to a party the night after he found out his heel was fractured
-Tyler said some pretty rude things about Ali Nugent to other girls when he was fucking his way around Cabo/Vegas/Prague/Italy/Toronto/Dallas this summer when he was or was not dating Ali Nugent
-Jamie Benn's girlfriend doesn't like Tyler and hates when they hang out
-MDZ and Tyler had a friend break up before Biosteel camp and MDZ unfollowed him on social media
-Tyler and Jesse Blacker used to have threesomes in Dallas
-Tyler has a private snapchat but he gives his snap out to any pretty girl he sees
-Tyler has been known to hook up with three or more girls in one night
-Tyler and Jamie aren't actually friends off the ice, Jamie just looks after him sometimes
-Tyler does so much coke and smokes so much weed

Honestly to me even the more outrageous rumors that I won't post here (because they're from dataalounge) aren't more than "Tyler parties a lot and has lots of consensual sex with lots of girls". I've never heard anything more scandalous than that about him other than "Tyler parties during times when he's supposed to be taking it easy on his injuries and that makes him look bad" but Dallas doesn't usually pick that up. The fans sure find it, though.

Tyler and Jamie aren't actually friends off the ice, Jamie just looks after him sometimes

I'm 99% moved on from caring about them/that ship but that still manages to make me a little sad :( (if it's true)

For what it's worth, I don't think it's true. I just don't think they hang out as much Jamie's not out every night with him now trying to hook up like he was before he got a girlfriend.

Something that is true: he's fucked a lot of SMU sorority girls.

Something else that is true: Ali Nugent used to date Reilly Smith before he was traded to Boston...and was with Seguin within six months of him being in Dallas. That still seems so sketchy to me.

At some point in the spring some guy posted a comment on Ali's instagram about how she used to hook up with Jamie Benn and a few other guys. She made her Instagram private about that time. She's also dated a few other pro athletes. (She probably did hook up with Jamie because he is apparently just as bad as Tyler but quieter about it and it's not strange for teammates to "share" girls, apparently? And I would assume if it was true both Tyler and Jamie's gf knew about it because Katie and Ali have been on each other's instas since then.)

Tyler seems to be friends with her family though. I know he's besties with her brother and was at her birthday party the night before last. Some girls on a message board ferreted him out and found a pic some friends of Ali's posted with him in it. And I guess they follow Ali's brother on snapchat and he's who Tyler has been golfing with and hanging out with in his new house since he moved back to Dallas.

I enjoy all the gossip tidbits, but because I have a bizarre interest in celebrity real estate, this one piqued my curiosity. If Tyler did move to a new house, he didn't sell his old one. He is still listed as the owner on the County Assessor's records (for 2017).

The fact that his address is quickly and easily obtainable via google (although, that's not unique to Seguin--some members of my team are listed in our local phone book, and higher profile ones are easily found, also--for which my weird itch to know about houses I can't ever afford is grateful) might be a reason he would want people to think he moved.

Also, if he bought another property, he didn't do it under his own name (as he did with Modano's old house). He is not listed as owning any other property in the Dallas area, residential or commercial (of course, he could have always created an LLC or trust or something).

Honestly this is all rumor based off of girls who he's added on snapchat who have seen him post snaps of signed papers and post things like "move in day" and "new house". So I don't know if they're (there's more than one) lying, confused, or if he's doing this as some kind of business venture. It just seems like something really benign to lie about.

His friend Freddy Bender has a real estate and relocation services business that Tyler has been involved in in the past, Propel Real Estate.

So I don't know that it's true necessarily, I just kind of assumed it was because it seemed so stupid to make it up.

And it occurs to me that he may have bought something new as a place to summer in Toronto or even a new cottage or something out in the country. I immediately assumed "new house" meant a different place in Dallas, but I realize that assumption wasn't really warranted on my part.

Also, after Tyler, the biggest name Propel has among its "athlete clients" is Michael Latta. So, I guess they got to expand to the LA market. ;)

Propel's "clients" seem to be bros and bros of bros. Nepotism not quite at its finest.

Everything else is what people have seen from his snapchat. I didn't think you were being accusatory, I'm just trying to puzzle it out. It kind of makes me sad that he's moving, if he is. It's such a great fanfiction narrative that he lives down the road from his teammate and they drive to the airport together sometimes. Maybe it's a better one if he's moving 15 minutes away for no discernible reason. Or maybe he's not moving at all. I'm pretty confused about what's actually going on, now.

...are there any blogs/things dedicated exclusively to celebrity real estate? I could honestly not give a flying fuck about rumors about who is fucking who or what they actually do in their private time, but there is little I love more than looking at random real estate photos.

I don't actually care about the celebrities, I just want to see their houses.
