Scott Hartnell's unwaived the no-move clause he waived at the beginning of the summer so that CBJ could try to trade him.

Is that allowed? I suppose it must be, but we always hear it the other way, that teams can move players who've waived whenever.

Well, fuck. Can't say this was unexpected, but it fucking sucks anyway. And much as I want to see Barzal or Ho-Sang or both tear it up I sure can't say I wanted it to happen like this.

Jets Twitter trying to say situations change and using Drouin and Hamonic as an example...

The Jets are not going to send Trouba down, and Hamonic's situation changed because his family situation improved, his issue wasn't with the Isles.

I hope Trouba ends up somewhere good.
