From: (Anonymous)I know the forest rangers and the national park rangers are law enforcement officers, but outside of that? The answer is probably no, then, which makes Tavares in this fic to be very aggravating.
Okay. Now I understand what the "Texas Ranger effect" is. Because that role just doesn't make sense.
