THE RULES

I only saw Pens fans giving Crosby shit about the Shaw thing, which is understandable that you're extra disappointed when you're queer and it's your fav (and a guy who gets praise among your fellow fans for being "unproblematic"). I know queer Pens fans who have gotten a lot of shit from other Pens fans for daring to criticize Crosby.

But what I was talking about finding Crosby's comments ignorant and insulting wasn't about Shaw, it was him saying that an out player would totally be accepted in the NHL and in locker rooms, and then citing Michael Sam in support of that.

(I do like Crosby! I've just never had any illusions about what he is.)
