8. No spamming the meme, whether through repeated comments or other means.
9. No discussing trolling, individual trolls, or their efforts.

but yeah good parties if you're underage or if your friends live there. Being Tired of the Mods is definitely a thing and I laughed a little when that popped up in that fic.
