Really liked this. I'm surprised at how much. What little conflict was there was interesting, I liked that the problem, or one of them, wasn't the age difference but Sid's refusal to acknowledge the age difference and how that made Nate feel overwhelmed. He seemed very much his age in this, in a good way.

I wonder what pairing she's writing now though. It doesn't sound like she's going back to S/G.

Based on the author's note, it seems pretty clear this is the pairing she's writing.

though I am making ZERO promises and am currently working on anotherpairing no one will care about so

I read this as "another pairing besides Sid/Nate" but she has other stuff planned for them. Maybe I'm reading it wrong, though.

I hope you're right bc while I'm not that interested in Sid/Nate (I'm interested in very few Crosby pairings) I would read the hell out of Barrie/Landeskog.

He seemed very much his age in this, in a good way.

I had to nope out of this in the beginning, because I thought he seemed a lot younger than his age with the whining and worry that his parents will embarrass him in front of his crush.
