THE RULES

If this guy is to be believed Val Nichushkin won't be playing for the Stars and is going to the KHL. Apparently because he doesn't like Ruff.

He's got legit sources, but also Russian players have used him before to remind teams they have other options when contract negotiations weren't going well for them. Based on past things he's broke, I'm pretty sure he does have a source with Traktor, so I'd say that it probably is true they've sold his KHL rights. Whether Val is seriously negotiating with CSKA or not, who knows? He's had such an unlucky last two years, I wouldn't be surprised if the Stars were moving on from him and he's saving face by leaking it was his choice.

Aww. :( I was hoping he was gonna stay, if not in Dallas then at least in the NHL. Well, we'll see if it's true.
