the shelter in question apparently names at least some of their animals after hockey players. cat-wise: they have a cammalleri, had a gordie howe who's not on their site any more so hopefully he got adopted, a jacque plant, and a tim horton. on the dog side i didn't bother looking too hard but i bet i'd like their bobby hull who is a cute/friendly pit mix a whole lot more than the shithead he's named for. their gretzky is another pit mix who looks like a sweetie, as is their bobby clarke.
(also, i don't know how they managed to pull this optical illusion off, but jasmine looks almost as big as nazem kadri in this pic and i HAD to laugh/share.) http://hockeyplayerswithpets.com/image/159353105098
