Re: Coaching Corral

There is, I think, potential for him to go to Colorado, Duchene is still on the market, and it's got potential to be a good change of scene for both of them. But it would depend on the pieces from both side, and if there are better offers.

But I would never wish Colorado on a player I liked. :(

And I'm not sure Duchene could handle being in Montreal, but neither of us are making the decisions. It did work out pretty good for Andrighetto, so far.

Andrighetto had the most points of any trade deadline acquisition, I think that's pretty neat.

I also think Galchenyuk would be in a totally different position in Colorado. He would be among a bunch of kids like Compher, Jost, Rantanen, MacKinnon, Andrighetto, Greer, Nieto, and so on. He would actually be one of the "vets"; he's like a year younger than Landeskog, right? The young, energized forward group that played together at the end of the year was worlds away from the beginning of the year and I think he'd probably flourish.

I think Colorado wants defense back for Duchene, though, so unless they add to him to get Sergachev too, I doubt it happens.

AYRT _ Yeah, it just demonstrates what a change of scene can do.

Galchenyuk is the perfect age to fit in with that group, as he is 23. Landeskog, Nieto and Andrighetto are 24. I really could see him fitting in well.

I can only see it working with + pieces. But, I guess we just wait and see.
