Does she think hockey players are small children, or perhaps dogs?

Well, scientifically speaking, we can conclude she probably thinks they are gerbils.

Re: Fandom Venting

Maybe all of her questionable opinions can be attributed to her secretly thinking every single person in the world aside from her is just 50 gerbils in a human suit?

Re: Fandom Venting

That would actually explain a lot about how she interacts with people.

It's actually the best explanation I've seen.

Whenever she has a terrible opinion explode on my timeline I remember all the other creepy stuff she does, like how she bombards random strangers with gerbil pictures and weird personal anecdotes. She made an embroidery hoop for the dog_rates guy?? What? They don't even seem friendly, she just tweets at him daily and he never responds. I don't understand how none of this embarrasses her.

I kinda love watching an unsuspecting person respond to her once not knowing what they're getting into, try to keep up the conversation for a bit, and then back away slowly as she just keeps going...and going...and going. Everybody on twitter is her bff and everybody wants to be subjected to 30 tweets about gerbils in response to one polite response!!!

as an ex-cross-stitcher (arthritis, fine motor issues, other shit), if you mean she made a hand-embroidered project for a dude she tweets at routinely without response that is more WTF to me personally than most of the rest of this. even little bitty embroidered things take *work* and a surprising amount of time.

(also, thanks to whichever nonnie who shared this with the class, and if anybody actually knows the person who saved a screenshot, please convey my thanks to them as well because it was an amazing piece of WTFery overall.)

Yup, that's what I mean https://twitter.com/JuliaHass/status/867083255949996032

He didn't even respond to that! He just liked it.

That is actually pretty cool *work* on an aesthetic level and my first impulse if it'd been done for me would be to say "thank you for making this in my honor" (or something equivalent), so I suspect *he* figured that "shit, better not engage beyond acknowledgement" was the safest way to go because it already sounds like she's practically twitter-stalking him. ("Doggos" needs to die already imo, too.)

As a disabled person living on a fixed income, I find those tweet threads pretty damn disgusting because they are practically dripping with classism imo. $70 for me would probably be doable as a *one-shot* with some planning because I get an average-sized Social Security disability check plus more family support than a lot of disabled people do, but $800 would eat a lot of disabled people's *entire* monthly income and is about 80% of my SSDI check.
