8. No spamming the meme, whether through repeated comments or other means.
9. No discussing trolling, individual trolls, or their efforts.

From: (Anonymous)(it's actually pretty well done *technically* and if it is on his shin it's even in a fairly easily concealed place, but it's definitely a faily athlete tattoo. he gets a pass on "brothers forever" because family and shit, but i'm side-eyeing this one pretty hard.)
