#24 – Not Sure If Serious or Playing Dumba

Linksy probably had a good handle on people who weren't sure where they fell on the Kane issue, since she spent so much time hand-wringing over just finishing her "last" K/T.

For the timer fic? Sure. But Sweetest Sounds was Feb-March. The kudos were not people on the fence.

Why? She was really popular before and I think people still liked her because she discussed (my cynical side wants to say: paid lip service) the problems with K/T on tumblr, so maybe they felt like they could read her stuff without feeling too bad. (Disclaimer that I haven't read that fic.)

Just surprised that any K/T still got that many kudos while being written so long after that mess. Never followed her though, so your explanation makes sense. I guess I just really didn't think that many people would still be interested.

She seems to write a lot of AUs or at least canon divergence AUs so many people don't see it as a problem? Idk. There have been better things written since last August for other pairings, I don't understand why that particular fic has SO many kudos.

There's some people "still" interested but there are a lot of names I've never seen before popping up on kudos, so I'm pretty sure there are some new fans who missed the whole thing.
