This is the twenty-fourth post of Deke Dangle RPF Anon, a community for all your ice hockey anon meme needs.

Matthew Tkachuk is an American forward projected to go somewhere in the top 10 (most lists I've seen put him at 4-6). He's also an NHL baby (his dad is Keith Tkachuk) and he used to attend Blues practices with his dad when he was a kid. His family also billeted some of the team's rookies/younger players, including David Backes and Lee Stempniak, so he knows some of the older players already in the league.

His OHL team, the London Knights, just won the Memorial Cup in overtime and he scored the winning goal. He also plays for Team USA and is good friends with Christian Fischer (a Coyotes prospect from last year's draft class and one of Auston Matthews' bffs). He's also fairly good friends with Auston Matthews, as far as I can tell.

He plays on a line with Christian Dvorak and Mitch Marner on the London Knights, too, and apparently he takes great joy in annoying the crap out of Dvorak. There's an article about them here:
