Oh god, the Uncle Daddy mess is truly one of the most horrifying things I've found out about hockey. If I was Brodeur's kid (from this first marriage) I would never speak to him again.

The kids were younger when it happened and have half-siblings from the second marriage, not to mention that their stepsiblings are their cousins. It's not really feasible even for the adults to hold grudges. That's one family that would have to learn to get along.

I'm just trying to imagine Thanksgiving dinners with this family and it's making me cringe. I can't decide if it would be worse to be one of the ones actually at the epicenter of the drama or to be a random second cousin on the fringe who has to watch it all go down.
