I was surprised by Malkin's low TOI and looked at the last few games. Most playoff games he's between 15 and 20 minutes, sometimes less. A quick look at the regular season shows most often times between 16 and 23 minutes. I wonder if we'll find out what kind of injury Malkin has after the playoffs, he's clearly not completely healthy.

I think he's probably just not completely healed from his earlier injury, I kinda doubt we'll find out any new info at the end of the season.

Whilst I'm sure his health is part of it, I think it's been particularly low due to less powerplay time and the fact that the Pens have been defending leads in the third.
