#24 – Not Sure If Serious or Playing Dumba

This is the twenty-fourth post of Deke Dangle RPF Anon, a community for all your ice hockey anon meme needs.

Should be the usual two years. If you need it to be shorter for fic purposes, that two year window requires the team to make an offer within the first year in order to extend it to the second year, so you could have the team decline/forget to do that.

*sigh* I'm sad that he's going to be the first player granted exceptional status who isn't going to be drafted 1st overall. And maybe not even in the first ROUND. He's quite the enigma that Sean Day. Brilliant sometimes and ordinary others. All wrapped up in one poor teenager.

While my first assumption is hockey players are sometimes dumb about what's public, I also feel like I should point out that lots and lots of celebs are actually having their various accounts hacked right now because of all the big password dumps that have hit the underground in the past few weeks (linkedin, tumblr, and myspace, mostly) and people that aren't computer savvy stupidly use the same password on multiple accounts.

I appreciate your dedication. I really, really do. But I feel like you could stand to be a little bit...hmm, how to say this constructively...more judicious in your choices. A picture of PKane's face up in the foreground while Toews is somewhere in the background is not so much about Toews's ass, I feel. But I don't know, that just might be me.

Anyway, that's where I noped out when the queuing thing didn't bother me much. If you're interested. And if not, that's ok.

ayrt I don't want you to take them down and I may have even gotten the names wrong and it's not even about PKane specifically. Maybe my memory is faulty but I remember one of the entries coming up on my dash and thinking: whoa [dude]'s face! where's the butt? oh...there in the background...ugh what.

Maybe I was just over seeing Toews everywhere or sick of the Hawks in general or maybe just in a bad mood that day, and that was my One Thing Too Much. In which case none of that is your fault and you should just disregard everything and forget I said anything.
