Can I just say, considering this only became public knowledge about a month ago, that was one well-kept secret.

Yeah this is what impresses me about this (more than the miracle of life, who cares! /s). Crosby is so good at keeping his personal life under wraps too that it's not like shocking that they pulled it off but still, big round of applause for his PR people.

This also fuels my conspiracy theory that Crosby is already married and might even have secret children, tbh.

The media for most teams seem pretty good about not announcing pregnancies unless a player OKs it first. I usually never know guys on my team and their wives/girlfriends are expecting until after the baby is born.

I just considered the possibility that Gonch and Gonch's family have all been by to see the baby and now I'm going to be barely functional for the rest of the day.

Is 19 1/2 inches long for a newborn? I'm trying to guess if baby Malkin is going to be tall like Geno or short like his grandparents.

Honestly, you can't really tell from baby size how big an adult is going to be. Apparently I was 20 inches long and am a fully grown adult of 4'9" in height

Length at birth doesn't mean much, you usually can't tell about around 18 months-2 whether a kid will be tall and even then it's hard to predict. I was supposed to be 6' based on how tall I was at 2 but I got my first period way early and here I stand at 5'6". You never know.

Geno gave a Russian interview yesterday about Nikita, he's already looking ahead to more kids lol

He also talks about his wedding, which will be in Moscow next summer it sounds like. He says his teammates have been asking for invitations and that he'll be happy if Sid comes.
